My goodness I have been busy lately! I have been running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Today is my first day of relaxation in a while. And it's a gorgeous day too! The trees in my yard are blooming [and making my face itchy lol]. They are so pretty I had to snap a photo of them.

In other news I am getting ready to go Greeley, CO for a visit! My god Daughter, Ali, is graduating from kindergarten at the end of May. As god mother I MUST be there. I can't believe she is already done with kindergarten. Oh how the years go by. I remember when she was just a baby. Wait even better, I remember when her mother was 15! What a crazy ride life has been since then. I am really looking forward to my visit. I get to see my two best and oldest friends. Now I just have to wait. I hate to wait. Hopefully the next month will be super busy so it goes by quickly.

I'm down another two pounds on my diet! Woo! This diet and exercise thing is a lot easier than I let myself think it would be. I see no problem sticking to it.

Here's a question for the masses. Why is it when you get your hair cut it seems to grow faster? I got my hair cut about a month ago and it is already growing out. Which of course makes the style totally different. I know I have been trying to grow it out for a long time now, but as soon as I have it a length and style I like it suddenly has a growth spurt. I think my hair is playing evil tricks on me.

Well I better get going on productive things. The grocery store is beckoning me.
